Privacy

If we wrote to you, we found your business’s contact details in public sources. We use them to send you a free video and an offer. Say no at any time and we stop.

Who holds your data

Olive Media, a company registered in Kosovo, which runs the brand Olme. Its details are in the legal notice. You can reach us at lena@olmemedia.com.

What we keep

Where it comes from

Only public sources, such as your website and your public business pages. We do not buy lists, and we do not use private numbers or the personal profiles of staff.

Why we use it

To send you the free video, offer you our packages, follow up, and answer you. A person checks every message before it goes out, and we make no automated decisions about you.

We rely on Article 73 of Kosovo Law 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data, which covers offering services using data from publicly accessible sources.

Who else handles it

Google runs our email. GitHub hosts this website. AI software tools help us research public information, draft messages and make videos. We do not sell your data.

These companies are based outside Kosovo, some of them in the United States, so your data can be handled in other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for 12 months after our last contact with you, and then we delete them.

If you say no, we keep your business’s name and contact details on a “said no” list, only so that we never contact you again.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

You may also complain to Kosovo’s Information and Privacy Agency.

How to make us stop

Reply to any message from us, or write to lena@olmemedia.com. A short “no thanks” is enough. You can do this at any time, and it costs you nothing.

We stop using your data for marketing within 8 days of receiving your message, and confirm it in writing within 5 more days (Kosovo Law 06/L-082, Article 74).

This site sets no cookies and has no analytics, trackers or contact form. GitHub, which hosts it, logs visitors’ IP addresses for security. The logo and icons in our emails load from the same host, so GitHub can log that too; we do not use them to see who opened an email. If you email us, we keep your message so that we can answer it.
